FOOD_ we can serve canapés + hot & cold buffets on site or arrange for loaded focaccia to be cargo biked up from our bakery Saint Louie. You can request the current menus by emailing info@louielouie.london

DRINKS_ you can preorder by the bottle, arrange a welcome drink for your guests or just “pay as you go”. There are no specific drink packages and we cannot apply any happy hour deals to large groups. You can also run a tab ( + 12.5% service).

MUSIC_ we have a beautiful vintage hifi sound system and we can provide djs & bands. If booking a non exclusive party (ie the venue is shared but you have an area just for yourselves), then we need to select the music;, we have plenty of recorded playlists

T&Cs _ There is no hire fee or minimum spend for non exclusive parties up to 60 guests (ie the venue is shared but you have an area just for yourselves), just a £50 service charge.  A deposit of £150 is required to secure a non exclusive party date.

For an exclusive party up to 200 guests (ie the whole venue is yours), the hire fee is £500 + vat. A deposit of £250 is required to secure an exclusive date with balance payable at least a week before the event.
